The macadamia crust compliments banana cream pie. The regular crust is best for pecan and berry pies. Contains Flour, Butter, Eggs, Vegetable Oil, Gluten, Baking Soda and Salt. The crust is delivered frozen and keeps well when thawed. This pie has a good natural shelf life after it is baked.
